Waioeka Gorge Road Closure

With Gisborne's main road from the north closed with a major slip in the Waioeka Gorge, it's an opportunity for visitors to enjoy the journey.

Travellers north of Gisborne have the option to take the Taupo/Napier Road (SH5) or alternatively travel around "The Coast" on SH35.
